Very good,used the one for Asia,worked perfectly in Singapore,Thailand,Malaysia,Vietnam,so easy to install,great reception and price not bad either,definitely use again when needing Internet abroad again,didn't need to contact there customer service so can't comment about that, all in all BRILLIANT x
