Using the eSim itself was very easy, however, downloading it to my phone has corrupted it and I now need to purchase a new phone. No sim was recognised and I couldn't remove the eSim. The only way to get my phone to work was by performing a factory reset. This allowed me to remove the eSim but the damage was done and the phone no longer works properly.
