Myself and my daughter purchased eSIMs from easySim for a recent cruise as whilst we already had free roaming in Greece and Cyprus we needed data for Turkey. I was a bit apprehensive, having never used an eSIM previously, but needn’t have worried as everything was clearly explained and the eSIMs worked brilliantly whilst we were away. We had a few queries prior to travel and have to say it was one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time. Will definitely use for future holidays and recommend to family and friends.
