Easy to buy and customer service with online chat was the easiest and quickest company I’ve dealt with. Resolved my issue in literally 5 minutes.
SIM worked as expected in Canada and Alaska. Signal strength was good. Only issue I had was how to add additional data. I still didn’t resolve it as website seems to suggest adding a new eSIM?
Also would have been useful to have had a small bundle of minutes simply for calling contacts/hotels etc whilst overseas as WhatsApp etc not used by all.
