Using easySim was a breeze and worked perfectly when abroad in the US. Some of the sim offerings had just changed when we purchased our sims and there were some teething issues with discounts on the web site because of this. After raising a ticket with the support team and working with them, we resolved the issues and in the process had fixes applied to the website to help others avoid similar issues.
