very easy to set up and use, i always had great signal in the US when others in my group didnt. i had never used this before and it saved me a massive amount compared to using my UK sim. being a novice i did need some guidance notes to help me set it up correctly which i found in a variety of places online before i travelled and then printed and took with me - a bit old school but useful!
