Shopping products online, purchasing and basic set up was super easy! I used all over rome and it worked great. Only hiccup was enabling it once I arrived in Rome, I was catching a train, so I was trying to enable it in an area where I wasn't on wifi, which created a problem activating it. So be sure to activate when you have access to airport wifi, etc. First time user, so I would def use again and know better!
