Purchased for use in Portugal. After a car breakdown was unable to connect to the the local contact or the UK. After contact from Easysim I was mistaken and did not realise that you could not use the sim for mobile phone calls in Portugal and are for data only. On using the easysim for data, I had no problem and it worked fine. Now I know the limitations of the sim I would certainly use them again in Portugal. The company responded to my review very quickly and in a pleasant manner. I have only given four stars as the sim does not include making local calls, which I was not clear about on purchase. Otherwise it was a fairly easy process to purchase, activate and was competitively priced.
