Bought the maximum data in Egypt so I could use my laptop a couple of times, unfortunately the connection and speed was terrible. Had to use the hotel WiFi.
Edit: the team reached out and resolved this issue very quickly, thank you. I wish I'd asked for help at the time as no doubt they'd have supported me.
