I am not the most tech savvy individual, but most of the instructions were straightforward. Unfortunately, I still had a challenge, emailed Support Team and Dylan from the On-line Support Team was so helpful and understanding and dealt very professionally with my problem. After one or two speedy emails, Dylan worked out what the problem was and advised what I needed to do. All sorted, had great coverage in Japan, no further issues Thank You Dylan
