easySim was relitvely straight forward to install although I did require support from my daughter who has a lot of experience with installing sims for different regions. I wasnt aware of the Prmary and secondary function on my phone but once installed (circa 5 mins installation time) it appeared to work ok with resonable coverage. I took one international call with good reception with my other calls made via data usage using whatsapp. I would use easySim again. I was very happy with the overall service.
