Awful customer service. Incredibly slow to ship. Takes days to respond to an email and when they do respond they don't address the problems. Refused to offer any sort of refund or credit. I ended up shipping the glasses back to them in Germany at my own expense and they refused to accept the package. I understand they are a German company, but they should not do business in the United States if they cannot offer customer service here.
