Like the previous reviewer, if I could give zero stars, I would. They don't pick up their phone or respond to emails, and as soon as you mention that you want to complain on their web chat facility, they end the chat! They don't come when they say they will, the machines are hardly ever sanitised satisfactorily, and we have repeatedly been requesting more supplies of paper cups since September, and still haven't received them despite them having invoiced me £60 a month + VAT for them. We will be going with an alternative provider, as the total lack of responsiveness, courtesy and customer service is totally unacceptable.
