Further to my other review, I can now say I have received excellent customer service and apologise for any unfair criticism. Having e-mailed customer care I received a telephone call explaining the situation and to expect delivery in a couple of days. Lovely lady took time to explain everything which was greatly appreciated as at this difficult time I think we are all more anxious. When my order arrives I hope to be able to review that and give it 5 stars as well.
