“I was really shocked at the very poor quality of the boards which make up my shed. They appear to have just come off the saw and are very rough and "hairy" with lots of wood fibres sticking out.
At the very least I assumed they would have been planed smooth. It has made painting them very difficult to paint.”

“When I received the product I rang your office to complain, but I was painting it by then.no body rang me back .I paid an oak frame carpenter to erect it at one stage he refused to carry on .the greenhouse is shocking , the quality of the timber the joints ( shocking ) . We are still out of the country at the moment but when we get back I will be contacting my solicitor/ trading standards, We are back on the 24th July I suggest you arrange for a representative from your company to come to our home to inspect.

“My delivery arrived but had the wrong instructions and missing parts.
These were supposed to be dispatched 3 times before I eventually received them. I had to pay the workman twice to come back to finish it. Its poor quality and im awaiting a response to my complaint still.”

“Received the diamond privacy panel from "elbec",a really considerate delivery man lifted the panels to where I asks him to . On inspection these are the best quality I've seen, made really well, not flimsy but heavy and will no doubt last a long time. No rough edges and all the wood was securely fixed. The 'diamond' shapes are smaller than other panels I've seen giving a lot more privacy. Excellent product.”

“absolutley terrible, the arch is faulty have provided numerous photos's and opened a case with Paypal, Elbec agreed to arrange a collection with forest garden ,however the collection driver never showed up, despite waiting in all day, Elbec now have changed the agreement and instead of re-arranging are insisting I return the arch at my own expense, this is completely unacceptable, its not my fault the orginal collection did not turn up, I should not be held hostage because elbecdo not wish to pay the refund and Forest Garden haven't collected the arch. I may well take legal advice as this is out of order on all counts.”
