“Great quality and easy to fit together. Only complaint is that the veranda is too short and can’t be fitted. This might be because I ordered an extra height shed but the veranda pieces are for normal height. However, after raising this, it has been quickly rectified with the correct height pieces being sent out within days. Very good service. Overall a great little house. We’re very pleased with the quality.”

“Generally poorly designed and poorly made.
Windows leaked with first rain, had to make my own returns around the doors to keep rain out and silicon all windows, roof design is complete rubbish and leaves massive gap all the way around.”

Earlier on the day, than I had expected.
All parts complete.
Bad weather affected the build time.
The feather edge boards are quite knotty and daylight can be seen through a lot of them. No ingress of water as of yet.

“Having waited the original lead-time for the delivery, I am still waiting, weeks later, for a promise-date for the missing fixtures, from the actual suppliers MGP Logistics, who seem unable to give me a firm supply date. Meanwhile, the other parts (timbers) are laying on my lawn (now spoiled for the summer), and I have lost the contractors whom I had lined up to assemble it.”

“The arch we purchased is beautiful! The instructions for construction were clear. We erected the arch after we had painted wood preserve on the pieces, as we noticed that there were already one or two cracks in the wood before we started putting the arch together. I have attached a photo of one of them. Nevertheless, the arch looks lovely in our garden as a replacement for one that we have had for about 17 years!”
