“The arch we purchased is beautiful! The instructions for construction were clear. We erected the arch after we had painted wood preserve on the pieces, as we noticed that there were already one or two cracks in the wood before we started putting the arch together. I have attached a photo of one of them. Nevertheless, the arch looks lovely in our garden as a replacement for one that we have had for about 17 years!”
“This Product was installed by Landscape Builders onto concrete base.
Sides would not fit correctly, joints left gaps. Extra support beams had to be installed
One side section appearred to be left untreated.
Roof would not sit correctly due to warrped sides ( further supports added)
Roofing Felt- very poor quality
Builders asked if I purchased from on-line TEMU !!”

“Final result looks well but I had to repair two places with glue and screws where the main legs split along the grain or laminated joins. In light of this I took the warning about the fragility of the top joint seriously and had a couple of cross braces to strengthen it.”

“Took a while to het here but it is exactly what I wanted for my little garden. It took 2 people about 4 hours to put up on a really hot day, but the intructions were great and detailed. We treated it with the recomended wood treatment on the same day, and it looks great! So pleased with it! Would highly recommend! Thankyou!”

“Great customer service, but the product was very confusing to put together non of the parts were numbered or labelled and also the instruction booklet was also vague. It had illustrations but most was guess work. We ended up with 4 pieces of metal. One could fathom out where they went and there were no holes drilled for the lock.”
