“Good quality product and easy to assemble. Only issue was the off loading the product from the lorry. We were told driver wouldn't any assistance but without my husbands help the driver would not have managed.”

“The potting shed came on time and was the spec we expected. The shed was well made and fitted together well. Myself and my little 5ft wife were able to build the shed up between us in an afternoon and it fitted together well. There was plenty of felt for the roof and spare glass for the windows which we really appreciated. The whole thing feels robust and well made. It’s the second garden building we’ve had from yourselves and would definitely recommend you to friends and family.”

“Overall a very poor quality shed. Warped boards allowing water ingress. Missing battens underneath the windows. No battens for the felt roof. No weather batten for the door. I have spent £30 on sealant to fill all the gaps. £10 on 13mm battens and £10 on right angle brackets. Your wood treatment looked poor so I used a Tikkurila Scandanavian protective coating at a cost of 50 . Guttering and fittings £20 .My time and my products additional to the build £60. Had I had time to check it before the driver left I would have sent it back. As it is I've made the best of a rubbish shed at some cost to myself. I won't be recommending your company to anyone but I will make people aware to avoid your company.
Dissatisfied and unhappy doesn't cover it. Rest assured I will never use your company again.”

“A couple of issues, the felt on the roof ripped off in a moderate wind.
The tacks were very short and did not hold the felt down.
We purchased a better quality of felt and used glue , longer tacks and Batton to hold the new felt in place.
The felt is now holding firm.”

“I expected, as advertised, a garden shed with 10 mm thick polycarbonate walls. Instead I received a shed with 2-3 mm thick walls. Other than that, I am fairly pleased with the shed, although it took a lot longer to erect than I thought it would (about a week).”

“When taken out of the pack to put together, some of the lats on each of the 6 units had to be refitted. The timber is very thin and some was cracked. Wish I’d have just made my own as have had to rebuild 30% of each on average whilst putting together. The screws are just cheap & nasty. The timber with the 45 degree cuts for the top pieces didn’t fit together properly and left rather large gaps, more so than I was expecting. All in all, I wouldn’t be buying these again
The service from elbec was spot on and I couldn’t fault it if I tried.”

“Very disappointed !
My husband has had to reinforce the floor with two sheets of wood as it was so thin and flimsy and not fit to place anything in it or walk on it . I will not be purchasing from your company again obviously”

“Website was incorrect for the date of delivery, leaving a large gap between taking down the old shed and putting this one up.
Instructions were OK, no mention of spare parts being included which led to a bit of head scratching.”
