Bad quality. Wood on shed twisted. Lats not straight. I will not buy from here again

The product did not fit our greenhouse which I accept was my mistake. I thought refusal to accept return for refund or replacment was unreasonable.

The bits of wood were not numbered and it was difficult to know where each one went. The door was warped and had to have a catch put on it, to keep it closed. The windows don't stay flat against the plastic bits at the bottom of the panes. It is very light and a strong gale (which we are prone to here) would blow it over, so I could not put it where I wanted, but had to relocate it to different spot. It took 6 hours to put it together.

Communication very poor and no delivery information for 3days after purchasing new shed online. No communication from courier either on day of delivery, so much for the call on the day!! Product it self very goo

The greenhouse we received was not particularly well made , many of the panels were distorted and when the frame was erected the individual spaces for the panels to fit into were all slightly varying sizes. As the panels themselves were all a bit distorted this meant a lot of time was needed to get the items to fit , see accompanying photos . It took about three days to assemble. Not so good. As you can see in the photos some of the panel gaps were huge , so big in fact that I needed to buy extra long screws.. Also the hinges were quite small and the screws were too fat to fit in the countersinks properly , so the hinges do not close properly. Also the sawing of the wood was very rough , see photos below.

the shed arrived late in the day so my carpenter wasnt here to inspect but he came to build it 2 days later... 3 windows broken window frames too big had to cut down every one... open knot holes x 11... floor very flimsy will have to be reinforced..there was a split in the shid when a nail had gone through slat. . and 2 days after finishing it in 34 degrees of sunshine it rained and the back wall was soaking.. and the side wall had warped to the point i could put my fingers between slats. YES...Ive complained THREE TIMES and they sent me 3 more plastic windows but every part has to be photographed and part number added and tape measued its exhaisting... my carpenter is £150 a day and because of having to mess around trying to make things fit cost me extra,,,, now there is a problem with water and open slats and they suggested i take it all apart and put in new bits they send... omg 2 more days work as roof and felt is on and attached again... this is turning out to be a very expensive and not very well made shed... i just hope that after my last lot of photos and rant that they give me some kind of compensation so i can pay my carpenter 40 yrs time served... to fix there problems..... would I buy of them again NO.. i spent 3 hours waiting on phone or answer and call back never happened takes them days to get back to you.... wish I had never bought the thing more trouble and cost tan its worth.. and now soaking wet so cant store anything in it. THEY HAVE HAD 25 PHOTOS FROM ME

Prior to delivery good notification. Very poor receipt of the Arbour as it was taken from the van in bits and pieces and placed on the drive. No inventory list to check all parts were present and as such a small piece of the wood was missing and my joiner who erected the Arbour had to craft a small piece to fit. It would have helped if they came in bundles of like parts taped together but as the customer you are expected to check . As it was in bits and no inventory check list apart from assemble instructions it made things difficult.

Terrible. We now know why it’s that price. Loads of bits did not fit the instructions are shocking I have taken numerous photo s of defects lucky for us hubby is very good at building things the window frame inserts every single one had to be filed down to fit this was a very long process as there are 2 side windows with individual panes and the door

Ordered a green house which arrived with damaged parts sent an email with a pic of at least one part damaged and didn't get a response but then a while later received a replacement for that one piece there were many pieces bent and overal the quality was poor made do with what i had but wasn’t overly happy, will buy from here again!
