“It's a Beckwood 7'x5' apex shed. The instructions are as minimal as they could be with timbers not labelled
Basically I'm wishing I'd just bought the flats and timber and made my own, I'll know for next time. Everything is as thin as the manufacturer could get away with, the tongue and groove floor isn't solid enough, so I'm going lay another sheet on top, the 8mm roof is pretty thin 12mm would have been more suitable, and there are plenty of gaps in the flats themselves. I've added extra timbers under the eaves as well as reinforcement along the inside of the walls which has improved the structure for less wobble. Don't be fooled by the lovely photos, solid is not the word.”

“The delivery was fine however the constructing instructions were dreadful difficult to understand and follow can I suggest you rewrite the instructions with a step by step guide / numbered to the apppropraite structures - to erecting the side green house my husband who was a steel erector and my son in law both found it extremely difficult to follow I.e put the rubber before putting together would certainly have helped”

“No labling or numbers on parts for shed so no way to identify certain rails etc on instructions.
Poor or no weather proofing on gaps betwees roof and sides, normally there would be some foam strips to prevent rain and wind getting in.”

“The bits of wood were not numbered and it was difficult to know where each one went. The door was warped and had to have a catch put on it, to keep it closed. The windows don't stay flat against the plastic bits at the bottom of the panes. It is very light and a strong gale (which we are prone to here) would blow it over, so I could not put it where I wanted, but had to relocate it to different spot. It took 6 hours to put it together.”

“The greenhouse we received was not particularly well made , many of the panels were distorted and when the frame was erected the individual spaces for the panels to fit into were all slightly varying sizes. As the panels themselves were all a bit distorted this meant a lot of time was needed to get the items to fit , see accompanying photos .
It took about three days to assemble. Not so good.
As you can see in the photos some of the panel gaps were huge , so big in fact that I needed to buy extra long screws..
Also the hinges were quite small and the screws were too fat to fit in the countersinks properly , so the hinges do not close properly.
Also the sawing of the wood was very rough , see photos below.”

“the shed arrived late in the day so my carpenter wasnt here to inspect but he came to build it 2 days later... 3 windows broken window frames too big had to cut down every one... open knot holes x 11... floor very flimsy will have to be reinforced..there was a split in the shid when a nail had gone through slat.
. and 2 days after finishing it in 34 degrees of sunshine it rained and the back wall was soaking.. and the side wall had warped to the point i could put my fingers between slats.
YES...Ive complained THREE TIMES and they sent me 3 more plastic windows but every part has to be photographed and part number added and tape measued its exhaisting... my carpenter is £150 a day and because of having to mess around trying to make things fit cost me extra,,,, now there is a problem with water and open slats and they suggested i take it all apart and put in new bits they send... omg 2 more days work as roof and felt is on and attached again... this is turning out to be a very expensive and not very well made shed... i just hope that after my last lot of photos and rant that they give me some kind of compensation so i can pay my carpenter 40 yrs time served... to fix there problems..... would I buy of them again NO.. i spent 3 hours waiting on phone or answer and call back never happened takes them days to get back to you.... wish I had never bought the thing more trouble and cost tan its worth.. and now soaking wet so cant store anything in it. THEY HAVE HAD 25 PHOTOS FROM ME”
