I ordered a Shire Hampton corner summerhouse from Elbec on sunday 22nd of May 2016. On the monday, I received a comformation email and details of how to arrange delivery. Unbelievably, I was offered a delivery date for Wedsnesday 25th of May, alas, we weren't available that day, but arranged for it to be delivered on Saturday the 28th. A Saturday delivery AT NO EXTRA COST!! The summerhouse duly arrived and was delivered by a very nice, helpful and friendly man who had just driven all the way from Kings Lynn to West Sussex..mostly in the rain! This company, together with Shire cannot be praised enough for their efforts. I was fully expecting to have to wait several weeks for the summerhouse to arrive, but the service was wonderful and I cannot recommend both of these companies enough.
