great bit of kit the driver could not get the lorry up thill to the house because of the cars parked on the corner, so i went in my car and brought up the arbour but the biggest bit would not fit in the car so the drver carried it up . He was knackerd by then i gave him a lift down the hill . The arbour looks great in the garden cannot fault the service i had a replacement part was sent because it had a bad split the lady in customer service was very helpful thanks Alan
