I ordered Larkspur (Shire) summerhouse from Elbec. The quality of the product is very good, there was some minor damage which Elbec/Shire offered to replace however my joiner made good. I was VERY impressed by the service and attitude of all the employees involved with the supply. The delivery driver Adam was excellent, the product was delivered a bit later than planned however the tracking system was excellent and I knew exactly where and when it would be delivered. The customer care (Sharon) was excellent and followed up with me several times. I also received a couple of planters free gratis due to the slight damage. All round excellent service and I would recommend these companies to anyone looking for this type of product.
