I ordered a summer house from elbec and although my delivery was cancelled twice, it ended up being third time lucky. We have now built it and elbec sent us replacements for missing parts very quickly. It looks stunning and is a superb addition to our garden. A “hideout” to spend reading or watching the birds - a secret sanctuary providing peace & tranquility from the hustle & bustle of the house! We are so pleased with it and are very happy with the service received overall.
