Delivery quick and well done. Self assembly is fairly hard and you need to have most woodwork tools to complete the job. It would be really helpful if the window frames could come with the hinge insert already chiselled in as this was a bit tricky. The house itself looks fantastic and my daughter is thrilled with it. We have painted it ourselves to the colours we wanted.
