I’ve purchased garden products from Elbec many times and keep coming back as their products and delivery have always been first class. My last purchase was for a shed and gate which had to be delivered separately as the shed was delivered by the manufacturer. This seemed to cause a bit of confusion at their end and I had to chase the gate delivery. All was well in the end and I’m very happy with the items. Although there was a slight problem this time, Elbec have always resolved any issues and I have confidence in ordering from them as prices are competitive and delivery has always been good. I would have ranked 5 stars if not for the communication issues this time round.
