My order was easy and I was kept informed about my delivery date often. Unfortunately, the day before delivery there was a slight problem with Shire, and I was informed I would only received one half of my delivery. I contacted Elbec and spoke with Kelsey who moved heaven and earth to ensure my order would arrive complete, and on the original day planned. Although a supplier issue and not an Elbec problem, Kelsey was fantastic and afterwards kept a close eye on my order to ensure we got everything we needed. I cannot thank her enough for her involvement and would definitely recommend Elbec to anyone in the future.
