If ever I decided to open my own business I would start by trying to poach staff from Elbec. The customer service team has been outstanding (take a bow, Kelsey). You can usually get through to the person you want straight away but, if not, they always return calls or answer emails. They were also excellent in liaising with Shire Building (who were themselves brilliant) and I felt very supported throughout the whole project (I ordered and built a large cabin). Thoroughly recommended
