Outstanding customer service from Elbec; they very helpfully called me back to answer my queries before I placed the order. The time delay before delivery was predicted to be 5 to 10 days but communication re delivery was exceptional and they let me know beforehand the date it would be delivered and then on the day itself the time by SMS message - only a couple of days after the order was put in. The goods then arrived on time and in good order.
