Though there were some issues around doors, what set a great organisation apart from 'the rest' is the determination by staff members to fix issues, in my case getting replacements out asap - and then better still following up to check everything arrived and was in order. I would particularly like to thank Kelsey for her fabulous customer service! I am sure I will be back and have already sent recommendations to two colleagues who are considering log buildings.
