I received a telephone call confirming date of delivery and orders were delivered on the requisite date. The transport used for the delivery were very helpful, one small pane of glass broken but overall no issues (Elbec stated they would replace same but I decided not to take up this offer). Quality; for what I paid very happy, definitely value for money - In the past this has been seriously lacking from other suppliers and I suppose the biggest credit I can give them is to recommend them to others.
