It's difficult to give 5* when everything is a straight-through process....However, when you have a problem, that's how you observe excellence and can be delighted with how it's resolved.
My issue was not with Elbec as a provider of the shed, but more with Shire (the makers of my shed), but Elbec took full control on my behalf, gave me regular updates via email and follow-up calls to keep me informed.
Not everything can be right first time in life and how issues are dealt with, is a differentiator between providers; so if you're dealing with a company that has an excellent customer service approach, then even if you're the 0.1% that has a problem, you know the experience will be worry free and to me that certainty is 5*
