Online purchase was very easy and was able to select a specific delivery day. Delivery was on the day arranged and made by a very friendly and helpful driver. Although it's a kerbside delivery he did carry the heavier panel round the back for me. Had to ring Elbec prior to delivery to clarify something and found the person I spoke to was extremely good and informative. Overall, a positive experience.
