2 windows arrived broken. Driver took photos and reordered for me. following week a huge piece, looked like the side of a shed with a window in it arrived. Didnt look anything like the 2 small windows in the drivers photos. i made 2 seperate phone calls re this piece and had to ask my neighbour to help me carry it outside into the garden. Delivery driver came the next week and delivered the 2 correct windows and took away the big piece. which i had to ask my neighbour to put outside the front of my house for me.
