Elbec we're absolutely fine to deal with. However the forest Whitby Arch was tricky to construct due to slightly warped wood and a very poor join at one of the dowel and due to a knot. Not sure how this passes quality control. Manged to be creative and circumnavigate this issue, but not great considering price.
