Excellent. Good product that is very good value for money, clear, concise and comprehesive instructions, went together well, apart from some lining up issues with roof structure, but not really a big issue. When things go well, sometimes a false perception of a company is felt, only when something goes wrong do you really see how they perform. So it was with some reservations when I found a sizing problem with somecwindow beads being of incorrect length. Elbec responded quickly and efficiently and replaced the items (with apologies) immediately with no hassle, which was reassuring. I can recommend Elbec and their products without reservation.
