Overall very good quality product well made and sturdy. Only negative is that some of the wood on the fence pieces and on the front section by the windows was very rough and would have benefitted from proper planing or sanding. As it was a child's playhouse I could not leave it rough so had to spend time doing this. Had this been done by the manufacturer I would have given it a full 5 stars.
