Absolutely beautiful. Delivery within a week. All parts included. Looks gorgeous and I can't get over what great value for money it's been. Time will tell re: weather proofing but so far holding up well and we've had quite a few storms. Really happy so far. I was worried to order after the some of the reviews. But it's gorgeous. I'm using it as a craft room and it's a gorgeous space to work and to look at.
