Very helpful staff by phone when I enquired about the building.
Delivered on time with very helpful delivery man. I had not noticed I was a piece short until it came seperately and quickly following delevery under seperate cover with a note of apolgy. Brilliant recovery and I had not started to build. This item would have been 5 star but for purchase of quality felt which turned ourt to be uneccessarily expensive due to being over-size.
