We found a garden store advertised online and after a little research learned that elbec garden buildings had the same item on special offer And being based in the same town we travelled to meet with elbec and discuss the garden store The company were pleasant and extremely helpful We are not their biggest customer but a good customer nonetheless We even opted for self-assembly and elbec very kindly printed out the instructions so we could organise the process before placing the order And for what appears a small company elbec do have a customer care department with their own email address and they answered all the questions arising from the intruction book We have now erected the garden store and are very happy with the whole process It is a good unit for our requirements and both the manufacturer and elbec have done a wonderful job
