Not great, sadly. Summerhouse (shire lena 16x8) arrived on time, and delivery guy was really lovely and extra helpful. Summerhouse missing a load of parts, over a week later and no sign of replacements (not great as it's raining and water is coming in). Floor and roof didn't fit together well at all requiring a LOT of extra work from our builder. Floor still has gaps. Doors don't join properly so we're having to get that fixed as the wind blows it open. Such a shame, explained issues in an email and phonecall. No solution offered or any compensation for the wait/missing parts/water coming in. Wouldn't use again.
