Service review: the delivery time that you gave me was different from that given by Forest Garden Group. Your times were correct. Product review: This is not home assembly furniture. A reasonable degree of DIY experience was needed to erect it. Firstly some of the timber was soft and the screws went through both pieces of timber with a sharp end exposed. I had to fix it by putting washers under the screw heads. Secondly, one on the panels was 4mm wider one end than the other. To get the arbor square 4mm needed to be plane off. Overall though a nice product. Well designed and sturdy with clear assembly instructions.
