Initial delivery date was changed. Elbec copied me into an email to Shire informing them of the new date, but Shire also emailed me advising I had to book through their system. I tried to reply to say a date was already set, but their email was no-reply so I booked and got a date two days later. When the summerhouse arrived, their driver was cheerful and friendly, but when he'd gone I discovered they'd sent the wrong base (6' x 4' not 6' x 6'). I contacted elbec who dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently; a week later Shire delivered the correct base. So I wouldn't rate Shire too highly for customer service, but elbec were good.
