I found it difficult to log in and the navigation was obscure. There was a long time between payment anf the opportunity to start the course, so much I thought something had gone wrong. Again,not made clear. I was then unable to start the course until a message to customer service resulted in my being connected. In short, vague instructions on the course and contradictory in places.
