“Once I had purchaed the asbestos awareness course there was no way to actually do the course as I couldn't asign it and had to call for support. This is now the 3rd year in a row I've had to do this as it says I'm already asigned but those are the previous years courses. I mention this every year but still nothing is done about it.”
