Module was really mundane. The module progresses at snail pace. The delays faced moving from page to page is very frustrating.

I find on line training very frustrating, your training has not changed my mind on this.

This was extremely time consuming and stressful. Although I had successfully completed the mental health course and 16 of the 20 modules of the conflict at work course it then transpired that the course was not compatible with my iPad! I had to make a special, trip into my place of work to use the desktop PC where I completed the remaining modules. However the assessment module would not load. There ensued several phone calls to get the assessment to load. There were still some problems but at last the course was completed - having taken at least 4 times longer than it should have!

The correct device compatibility for this course is a laptop/computer on a google chrome browser. As it was started on an iPad, this is where the issues will have come from. We apologise that you did not enjoy the experience and thank you for taking the time to leave some feedback.

System wouldn't record my completion. Certificate wouldn't reflect new completion date.

I'm always pestered with needless phone calls after I purchase an online course, and then when I sent an email on 14/5/25 requesting help with a recurring website issue I have been experiencing, I received no reply.

Accessing the course was very frustrating and time consuming. I have an iPhone and iPad and was unable to access the course. I was unable to use the library as the course requires headphones - the transcript option didn’t work. I had to resort to using an old laptop with outdated security. Once accessed, the course content was satisfactory and fairly easy to navigate.

The format was excellent: good information presented in a structured manner, with periodic assessments of knowledge gained. My issue is with some IT challenges I had plus the fact that I had to spend more than 4 hours of my own time completing a mandatory course. These are being addressed with my employer.

A question had an incorrect answer which meant I failed the course initially and was morally wrong. The question was "Which of the following is a potential consequence if a business fails to promote the principles of quality and diversity? Correct answer shown was "staff may be treated unfairly, increasing morale and productivity". Subsequently, I referred the incorrect answer to Highfield who admitted it was wrong and amended the answer to what I had suggested. I have no idea an incorrect answer had been on the system but probably for a considerable time which must mean many others had similar issues but just didn't report it. I reported the issue 13.01.25 and it was amended 31.01 which could have meant others continuing to fail

The fact that the learning experience cannot be completed on an Android device is ridiculous. I had to purchase a new laptop just for this purpose!

Unfortunatly its a one fits all type of training and shouldnt be this way, it takes away the human interaction and causes death by powerpoint, as a manager im not surprised that people do not fully understand the content they are learning. its relatable but not directable relatable to the job or workplace they currently sit in. Some aspects of it works but little from my experiance of using and observing others using the system. I feel it has to be a mixture of both online and classroom to get the best balance of learning and gain the benefits from improve peoples learnings.

Programme extremely slow to load, even though I was using the correct equipment as specified by the trainer, and I have good wifi at home. I'm usually quite proficient with computing, but the slow loading caused me to 1. Enter wrong answers and 2 eventually I gave up. A waste of my time...

course had some assessment questions that were not covered in the course. The style of multiple choice can breed confusion - v important with fire safety training!

The main problem is that 95%of the training does not apply to my role as maintenance officer yet we still have to complete them aldo they are very time consuming as they have to be done at home in our own time which is not suitable
