“Very poor Manual Handling course. On page 10, it freezes and most mobiles etc.. Phone IT about this and had to chase to get back to myself when logging a complaint.
Unprofessional IT department... lack skills !!”

“Website is almost unusable. One eLearjing course took me 4 hours to complete. Went round and round in circles. Quizzes are 100% pass rate and never tell you which you got wrong so it becomes less about what you know and more what you can remember.”

“Whilst the courses were excellent, I made the mistake of putting it on account. I then received what can only be described as an harrasing amount of phone calls - every single day chasing payment. I explained that we'd pay at the end of the month, but this didn't stop the calls. I eventually blocked your phone number to stop the daily interuption.”
“On my certificate my name being my first name they have written it all in capital letter font.
Surname capital letter to start the rest of it lowercase.
I would like my name to be written consistent on the certificate I'm unhappy with my certificate presentation because of the font size and the capital and lower case.”
