“Purchased some courses on the evening so I was able to go to work the next day , once I purchased them I was told the system was down and they did not know when it was going to be back up so I missed work the next day
I found some alternative courses and asked for a refund. I had to produce some rediculase stuff ie a copy of my bank statement to prove the purchase
I supplied everything they asked for and I'm still waiting for the refund

Then someone was supposed to ring me back, no one did
Then I rang again and they said the same again no one did
Then I rang again and someone did it over the phone. Great.
Then you never sent me a receipt or any type of email.
Rang again and someone sent me the email. Great.
Today 31st Oct you've sent me am email telling me to pay.
If there was a minus 1 ⭐ I would have picked that!! Dreadful service.”
