Accessing the course was very frustrating and time consuming. I have an iPhone and iPad and was unable to access the course. I was unable to use the library as the course requires headphones - the transcript option didn’t work. I had to resort to using an old laptop with outdated security.
Once accessed, the course content was satisfactory and fairly easy to navigate.
