I sent a request to our account manager (LLoyd Powell) towards the end of the working day and his response to my request was immediate, to let me know that he'd passed it on to the support team who would be in touch shortly. By the time I checked my email just after 9:00 the following morning, there was already an email from soneone in the support team (Jack Powell) letting me know the problem had been resolved. I checked the portal and found tis to be the case. A job well done! Thank you.
