Unfortunately I ordered electrical items to complete a job, I was gautanteed that the items would arrive in time. Unfortunately they didn't and it cost me the job. They used Parcelforce who failed to deliver the goods. I eventually got my money back but no compensation for my Los of earnings. I have since used another company and the goods were delivered on time as they used DPD. Due to the fact I got no compensation I would not use the company again.
