“Ok to use if your not in a rush to get the kit.
I place the order and it took a week before they even shipped it out.
Then when it arrived i found that 1 item was missing and a place of paper telling me the item is missing and they will ship it at some point.
I email them to ask if they have an update on when i expect the missing item, DHL were the only ones to tell me that they were sending it out, when they provided the tracking number.
At no point was there any customer service comms from them, just a courtesy email with any information Ie timescales, missing item etc would have been nice.
I will use them again as they are cheap, but not if i need the items by a set date where i'm to meet my customers timescales.”
“Not great. Stuff missing when I checked the box. Shipping say it was in the box, I know it wasn’t. In the meantime I’ve got a job scheduled so I’ll go and buy the missing stuff from a shop. Everything else was fine.
UPDATE: the issue has been resolved in time so need to shop elsewhere. Faith restored.”
“Very prompt despatch and receipt of optical and heat alarms at a very competitive price. It’s a shame that the bases are surplus to people renewing their alarms. I recycled them but cheaper ‘tops’ only would have been a more sayisfactory option.”
“Purchased 3 smoke alarms, 1 heat alarm & 1 carbon monoxide.
On contacting supplier they advised the units to purchase to fit our existing base plates.
A huge thankyou, we only have to replace the base on the CM alarm.
This would have been 5 stars but packaging the alarms was very poor, luckily they weren’t damaged. Only packaging torn & bashed”
